Delete your account

You can delete your Pirate Rivals account and your data whenever you want, in two ways.

From the game

1. Open Pirate Rivals and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the settings button.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the game

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, write from that account's email; if you played as a guest, tell us your pirate name and the player ID shown in your profile's settings. We'll delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your pirate name, your email and the link to your Google or Facebook account, your country, your devices and notifications.
• Your friends, your gifts and your messages.
• Your progress: level, gunpowder, gold, ship and anything you bought in the game. It can't be recovered.

What stays

• The results of the battles and rankings you took part in, anonymously, with nothing that identifies you, because they are part of other players' games.
• Purchase records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
